Please bring your own water bottles!
There will be drinking water containers from which you can tap your own water.

Registration:
Registration takes place via the Team München e.V. booking system.

When registering, we ask you to provide information about the role you dance and any food intolerances.

We reserve the right to decide on the allocation of tickets.

After registering, you will receive a separate email asking you to pay. Your registration is only binding once you have paid the total amount and you will receive a registration confirmation.

Tickets for the marathon can only be purchased as a complete package. There are no day or evening tickets.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is possible until July 12, 2025, with a processing fee of € 20,-.

After that, cancellation with a processing fee of € 20.- is only possible if we find a replacement.

It is not possible to transfer tickets to another person on your own initiative.

We reserve the right to cancel the marathon due to insufficient number of participants or if circumstances arise that do not allow the marathon to take place in the usual way. If the marathon has to be canceled, the full participation fee will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by participants.

Data protection declaration:
By registering, you agree that all photos and videos taken during the event may be published and, in particular, made available to all participants after the marathon. The data collected from you will be used exclusively to organize the event and will only be exchanged for this purpose between Andreas Lehrke - spontango.de (registration, payment and communication officer) and Team München e.V. (organizer). If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, please reply with "I no longer wish to receive emails". We will then delete your contact details immediately.
